Has Anyone Found Centrum To Be Useless?
Hi,
I was just reading the post here http://blog.healthy.co.nz/is-centrum-a-good-multivitamin-supplement/ after thinking of buying Centrum. Is this true? What else can I have instead?
there was a fairly recent review of multivitamins done by Braun and Cohen. the whole multi market is mostly a joke.

if you’re going to spend money on multi supplement, add the extra $10 and make it a good one. anything below 25 on their scale (see article) is a waste i feel.
after reading that article, i did a big comparison of GNC and BioCeuticals based upon my nutrition learning, they were the only 2 with decent quality in my price range. the GNC one seem okay, and you can get it on their website. i was more impressed with the Bioceuticals, although it is supposed to be practitioner only. luckily you can buy them here http://www.emedical.com.au/default.asp?pageID=56&itemID=16092&purchaseTypeID=1
