Anabolic Steroids Body Building
what are the best Muscle Building Supplements currently sold over the counter?
I’m 28 years old but would like to know of any new supplements (prohormones, pills) sold in fitness stores.
I have already done anabolic steroids in the past, but currently don’t have access to that, so what is the next closest thing sold in stores that works well.
Obviously nothing will cause the 3-4 lbs of muscle I gained every week during a cycle, but i would like something in addition to a high calorie diet and weight gainer shakes. Anything good on the market today or better than the 1-AD that was banned years back?
How are test boosters? Do they work well at all?

With all the recent bans, this one is in a rather gray area, but Epistane (also marketed under the name “Havoc”) is a pretty good PH for lean muscle gain. Look for superdrol replacements as well if you’re more into all-out bulking. I would recommend that you pulse these products if you don’t have access to a good Post-Cycle therapy stack. By pulse, I mean take them off and on for 4-6 weeks. As an example, this was my epistane cycle:
Weeks 1 and 2: 40mg x Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Week 3: 40mg x Monday through Friday
Weeks 4 and 5: 40mg x Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Week 6: 20mg x Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Weeks 7 and 8: Two doses of Biotest’s “Alpha Male” Test Booster
Obviously if you have a good PCT, you could blast it for six weeks straight. I didn’t, so I pulsed with good effect. I gained about 10lbs over the six weeks, with no noticable gain in bodyfat. Of course this is nothing like a good cycle of test/deca/etc, but isn’t bad for an otc prohormone.
As far as herbal test boosters: I won’t say that they’re useless, but other than as a mild form of PCT such as what I used for my Epistane cycle, I’ve never gotten enough out of them to justify the cost. Sure they work, but for the money you’d spend on them I feel there are other things that would produce better results. But I’d recommend Alpha Male if you’d like to try one. I’ve never had a Biotest product that I wasn’t satisfied with.
